We have a 3-day refund policy.
If an item(s) is received in damaged & unusable condition, please contact us at thehighlyintuitive@gmail.com to request a refund. Please provide detailed pictures of the damage, so that we can assess the damage and issue a refund as necessary. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original form of payment.
